What is the best or the most common 3D modeling program for architects?

I am looking for a advanced 3D modeling program. My friends recommended rhinoceros and 3D Studio Max.

Auto desk has most popular designing tools for all 3d aspects, and AutoCad would be more so used for architecture over 3dmax
